Mathura Devi Shiksha Prasar Evam Samaj Kalyan Samiti is a nongovernment, non-political, not for profit organization registered under the sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No-44 of 1973) with Registrar of Societies Madhya Pradesh . Registration No. 11144 Dated 11 July 2007. The organization consist the group of committed social workers, Doctors, Engineers, Management Experts, Professors, Trainers HRD professional and Entrepreneurs and other well meaning citizens, who have pledged to help, develop support and facilitate the Urban and rural community in the area of Poverty eradication and Livelihood development, Education, Health, Agriculture, Environment, Youth Development and Social Reform through various activities and practices in several districts of Madhya Pradesh. The organization is receiving funds from the states and central government and other funding agencies for its rural / tribal poverty reduction, training programmes, women empowerment programmers etc.

Its main objectives are to improve the living conditions of rural and tribal people by developing socio-economic status of rural people; improve the environment and eco-system; arrest the distress migration; and strive for their overall development. This is promoted by facilitating the growth of community based institutions. The project area is based on urban and rural poors specially representing the poorest section of our society. The project area is presently extended across the Madhya Pradesh covering all districts through various activities such as livelihood, empowerment programmers for women, awareness Program.
